Many of our products on offer are covered by a Limited Warranty which is used on behalf of resellers of Visco Therapy and Humza Amani branded products. We are responsible for ensuring that the goods we supply are of satisfactory quality, conform to the samples and are fit for the purpose for which they are sold. Certain products have additional warranties provided by us which are detailed on our product pages at viscotherapy.co.uk.

To see if your product has a limited manufacturer warranty of over 1 year, please locate your product on our website and review the specifications listed.

Claims against the warranties that last a year only only be claimed by approved resellers of our products who will act on your behalf to resolve any issues.

If your product comes with a warranty for over a year such as our 5 year limited warranty, you must register for your warranty online at viscotherapy.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Please contact the seller of who you purchased this mattress from is you wish to claim within the first year of purchase

We provide that your Visco Therapy OR Humza Amani Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you minus shipping costs, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first year of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. Where warranties are defined as longer, a sliding scale of charges based on usage plus transport costs come into effect; please refer to the bottom of this page regarding prorated charges.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal increase in softness of the visco pressure relieving material
• Decrease in the slow recovering feature in memory foam mattresses
• Aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress
• Deterioration in the cell structure of materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation less than or equal to 1.5 inches
• abnormal use, mis-use or poor aftercare by not following our aftercare instructions (please read our mattress care page)

This warranty covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.

If a product offers a longer warranty and if such defects occur during the remaining period of this limited warranty we will, at your option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you.

Despite our mattresses working well with many types of beds, only the following beds are approved for use:

• Flat  slatted bedsteads
• Divan bases
• Metal mesh which are completely flat bedsteads and bunks
• Upward sprung based slatted bedstead

Our warranty and other performance warranties are based on tests conducted on our mattresses with such beds. Therefore substituting inappropriate beds is not acceptable and will void your mattress warranty and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the bed being used with your mattress in the event of a warranty claim.

Note that our mattresses are still suitable for other types of bases but unapproved bases will shorten the life of any good mattress. A claim that is issued within a year of purchase may still be approved wherein the bed is not appropriate.

The mattress cover is warranted for 1 year against faults in material and shall not apply if the mattress or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn.

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser of the product and are additional to any prorated charges.

This warranty applies to goods purchased from an authorised retailer of Visco Therapy products within the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland and, in all instances, applies to product only where it has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions.

To activate your warranty, you are required to register this warranty online at viscotherapy.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your goods from us or your seller. Failure to do so will result in your warranty marked as void however you are still able to seek advice and help from the seller of our product should anything go wrong in the first year of purchase.

Prorated Charges

If you mattress is over a year old under our limited warranty, you may be subject to replacement costs which is in addition to handling costs.

• 0-1 Years: Free of charge
• 1-2 Years: 20% of current retail price
• 2-3 Years: 40% of current retail price
• 3-4 Years: 60% of current retail price
• 4-5 Years: 80% of current retail price
